Franklin Bay

Winds were keeping us from rounding Cape Perry, so it was decided to do some work to the southwest of us in Franklin Bay. Mid afternoon winds changed and we snuck around Cape Perry. On our way by the DEW (distance early warning) Station, someone saw a helicopter land there. Our earlier ideas that it might be abandoned were wrong, seems it's still maintained if not still manned.
